1. Who we are
Phodos is a self-guided digital relationship product operated by E.I. Sarakii, Kyrgyzstan. For privacy questions: hello@phodos.app
2. What data we collect
Account data — your email address and password (stored as a hash). Track progress — which days you completed and when. Communications — if you contact us by email. Technical data — server logs for security. We do not collect: private reflections (stored locally on your device only), check-in results (local only), partner email.
3. How we use your data
To create and manage your account; provide access to tracks and save progress; send daily reminder emails; maintain security; respond to support requests. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Legal bases for processing
Performance of a contract — to provide core features. Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the service. Consent — for email reminders where applicable.
5. Email communications
We send service emails: account notifications and daily track reminders ("Day N is ready"). No marketing emails without your separate consent. You may opt out of reminders at any time by contacting hello@phodos.app.
6. Where your data is processed
Account data and track progress are stored on servers in Russia. Email delivery is handled by Resend (United States). The website is hosted on Vercel (United States). By using Phodos, you acknowledge your data may be processed in countries other than your own.
7. How long we keep your data
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion. Server logs are kept for a limited period. Support emails are retained as needed.
8. Sharing your data
We do not sell or rent your data. We share limited data with: Vercel (hosting, USA), Resend (email, USA), backend infrastructure (Russia). We may disclose data if required by law.
9. Your rights
You may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your data; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy; lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact: hello@phodos.app
10. Deleting your account
Send a deletion request to hello@phodos.app. We will process it within a reasonable timeframe. Locally stored data (reflections, check-in results) must be cleared by you manually.
11. Children
Phodos is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
12. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use means acceptance.
