Where It Starts

Distance rarely starts with a big fight. More often, it begins with something small: a tone, a pause, a dry reply, a turn away. Today, you don’t need to fix anything. Just notice where it starts.

Today's task

Think of one recent moment when you felt further apart. Write down 3 facts: 1. What was happening 10 minutes before. 2. What you did. 3. What your partner did. Only facts. No explanations. No “why”.
