By using Phodos, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Phodos is

Phodos is a self-guided digital product offering structured relationship tracks and personal reflection tools. It is for educational and self-reflection purposes only. Phodos is not therapy, crisis care, or a substitute for professional mental health or medical advice. If you are in danger or facing a mental health crisis, contact appropriate emergency services immediately.

3. Early access

Phodos is currently in early access. Features may change, be added, or removed as we develop the product.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Phodos.

5. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact hello@phodos.app immediately.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Phodos for unlawful or harmful purposes, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or reverse engineer the service.

7. Your content

Private reflections are stored locally on your device only. We do not access or claim ownership of them.

8. Intellectual property

Phodos, including its design, content, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us. You may use Phodos for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. No guarantees

Phodos is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee the service will always be available or produce any specific personal or relationship outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Phodos.

11. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting hello@phodos.app.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
